Cast aluminum with stainless steel hinge pins. Design allows for easy installation utilizing the cleat holes to mount the cleat cover box. Comes complete with your choice of padlock or cylinder lock. Two extra long 1/4"-20 NC stainless steel mounting screws are included. The distance between bolt centers is 2 3/4". Rope cleat is not included. Mounting Screws ARE included.

This unit comes complete with a cleat cover box mounted onto a 20" high, 12" wide, 1/8" thick aluminum plate. Designed to be mounted using thru wall bolts or expansion shields utilizing 3/8" diameter threaded rod. Expansion shields are supplied as standard. All nuts, washers & lock washers are supplied for a complete installation. Thru bolts are not inlcuded, however.

Halyard Covers
This 1 3/4" wide by 1" deep aluminum channel is desinged to be used with the cleat cover boxes above by providing additional protection 5', 6', 8' or 10' above the cleat cover box. The 5', 6' and 8' models have an upper & lower hinge assembly and is secured to the pole with six #10-32 NC stainless steel pan head screws (included). The 10' model has upper, middle and lower hinge assemblies and is secured to the pole with nine #10-32 NC stainless steel pan head screws (included). Note: shown with cleat cover box which is sold seperately and is not included in the pricing below.

The aluminum plate to which the halyard cover is attached measures 6" wide, 1/8" thick and the height is determined by the length of the halyard cover. These units are designed to be mounted using thru wall bolts or expansion shields utilizing 3/8" diameter threaded rod. Expansion shields are supplied as standard. Thru wall bolts are NOT included. All other nuts, washers & lock washers are supplied for a complete installation.
